<p>PURPOSE:To enhance economy by preventing reverse power flow while using a power system generating power close to the demand power of a load. CONSTITUTION:A power output line 5 from a synchronous generator 3 interlocked with a rotary prime mover 1 operating at a rated speed is connected with a load 7 and a power line 8 of commercial power supply. The power output line 8 is connected through a charging converter 10 with an electric double layer capacitor set 12 in order to detect reverse power flow or deficiency in the receiving amount of commercial power. Charging converter 10 is then started or the charging rate thereof is increased thus charging the electric double layer capacitor set 12.</p> |
