<p>PURPOSE:To attain simple and quick work without need for polyethylene welding by adopting a thin projection to a prescribed part of an end of an insulation pipe thinner than the other part and fitting a fitting part of a cylindrical form of an insulating end face plate thereto in the close contact state. CONSTITUTION:A metallic case 12 covered by an insulation pipe 33 and an insulation end face plate 35 keeps insulation. Considering a thin projection 33B and a cylindrical projection 35A where the insulation pipe 33 and the insulation end face plate 35 are adhered, both parts are in close adhesion over a comparatively long distance and the tip of the cylindrical projection 35A is tapered, and the base of the step of the projection 33B is processed to be a similar tapered shape. Since a metal-made heat dissipation buffer 18 is in contact with an outer circumference of the insulation pipe 33 and the cylindrical projection 35A, then the adhesion is maintained in an excellent way. Thus, the metallic case 12 is insulated by the insulation pipe 33 and the insulation end faces 34, 35 in an excellent state.</p> |
