<p>A coating composition contains a blend of (a) from about 5 percent by weight to about 35 percent by weight of a hydroxyl functional vinyl polymer having at least 2 percent by weight of hydroxyl groups based on the total weight of the vinyl polymer; and (b) from about 65 percent by weight to about 95 percent by weight of an organopolysiloxane containing hydrolyzable groups, the percentage of (a) and (b) being based on the total weight of (a) and (b).</p> |
