<p>PURPOSE:To provide a flat type display element with which indication on a large picture can be obtained using a field emission type electron gun'. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of electron source array substrates 1, on which electron guns 15 are formed in matrix shape, are arranged on a supporting substrate 20, and a large type substrate is formed. A plurality of array substrates 11 are electrically connected with each other so that the function same as the case wherein an electron gun 15 is formed on a single large type substrate, can be obtained.</p> |
