<p>PURPOSE: To provide a cost-effective rectifier which is easy to manufacture and has a small installation space arranged in a three-phase generator. CONSTITUTION: In a rectifier arranged in a three-phase generator, at least one power diode at each half wave of each phase and a cooling unit for the power diode are provided. The power diode is constituted by a diode chip 30. The power diode is arranged between opposite heat sinks 22 and 24 while being oriented with respect to polarity in a conductive and/or thermally conductive manner.</p> |
