PURPOSE:To image flatly a lead terminal of electronic parts by imaging means such as a TV camera, etc., and recognize an image to correct a part mounting position as conventionally done, recognize a float of the lead terminal, contrive to simplify a structure, shorten an operation period and reduce cost. CONSTITUTION:A lead terminal 2A being a subject from a direction normal to a lead terminal arrangement plane of electronic parts 2 by light parallel or approximately parallel is illuminated and also a reflected light image of the lead terminal is imaged from the same direction by a TV camera 3, and from a change in brightness along a longitudinal direction of the lead terminal 2A of the reflected light image, a curve in a direction normal to the lead terminal arrangement plate of the lead terminal 2A is detected. |
