PURPOSE:To effect good sorting over the whole width area in the sorting unit by lessening the fluctuation in wind power in the traverse direction of the rice grain sorter. CONSTITUTION:The winnowing fan 11 is set so that the outside air is taken in from the windows 12, 12 opened on the right and left outside plates 17, 18 and sent into the sorting zone 5 where the winnowing fan 11 is constituted of the right and left winnowing fans 11a and 11b so that they have a certain distance in the axis direction of the rotary shaft and the intermediate wind path 13 is formed between the winnowing fans 11a and 11b in the longitudinal direction. Finally, an intermediate fan is mounted to take air in from the inlet 15 on the front side different from the inlets 12 and 12 and allow the air to pass through the intermediate path 13 into the sorting zone 5. |
