PURPOSE:To efficiently prepare an estimate sheet, a statement of delivery or a bill by retrieving respective data from an order-receiving side recorder by using an order-receiving side customer identification(ID) code as a key and transmitting a data group to an ordering side. CONSTITUTION:When an operator instructs retrieval based on a retrieving key, an order-receiving side management terminal 1 executes retrieval. In this case, the terminal 1 uses an inputted user ID code as 'customer ID code as a retrieval key'. When an ordering side operator issues a command for transmitting a retrieved result, the terminal 1 transmits a retrieved result to an ordering side management terminal 2. The ordering side operator loads clown the transmitted data to a hard disk or the like in the terminal 2. In this case, parts data inputted from the ordering side (wholesaler for parts) as its own sales data can be reused for preparing a work instruction, an estimate sheet, a statement of delivery, or a bill by the ordering side (repairing plant). |
