PURPOSE:To prevent many and unspecified allogal viewings by storing/ reproducing key information earlier than scrambled program information. CONSTITUTION:A scrambled program signal is inputted in a recording signal processing circuit 3 from a terminal 1 via a signal input circuit 2. The key information to descramble a program is inputted from a terminal 5 to a processing circuit 7 via a data receiver 6. A signal processing is performed for the signal/information inputted by the processing circuits 3 and 7. Further, timing is controlled by a controller 9; a video signal is recorded on a magnetic tape 10 by a magnetic head 4; and key information is recorded on the magnetic tape 10 by a magnetic head 8 at the reproduction location which in ahead of a program signal. At reproduction, the key information is outputted from the tape 10 by a magnetic head 10, the program signal is outputted by a magnetic head 11 and they are processed by each of reproduction signal processing circuits 12 and 16. The processed information/signal is outputted from terminals 14 and 18 via each of output circuits 13 and 17. At this time, the program can be viewed by inputting the program number in the decoder based on the key information. |
