PURPOSE:To provide a method for separating and collecting a high-quality egg oil by washing with water, supplying an inexpensive egg oil useful for health, commonly usable for old people and children. CONSTITUTION:This method for collecting an egg oil comprises (a) collecting egg yolk from boiled eggs, straining, fining, continuously roasting to foam, stopping a fire, pouring water, stirring and throwing the egg yolk slurry into a container charged with water, (b) a scooping a floating oil component and repeating scooping until no oil component floats and (c) boiling down the collected oil component, heating to 180 deg.C putting the oil component in a container at about 100 deg.C, closing and storing. |
