PURPOSE:To provide a window open/close device having light weight, generating a less noise, allowing the easy adjustment of a stop position or the like and allowing the easy application of a waterproofing countermeasure. CONSTITUTION:A rotation drive section 14 is jointed to a lever 12 for elevating a window member 3, via a transmission mechanism 13. This transmission mechanism 13 has two plate cams engaging in an open/close direction via a play corresponding to the slide stroke of the member 3 along a rotating direction. Also, the rotation drive section 14 has a pair of small motors laid in parallel to each other, a pair of worm gears coupled to the shafts thereof via a pinion and gear, and one worm wheel to be driven for rotation after reduction with the worm gear. Thus, weight becomes small and a less noise is generated, as compared with the case of an air-driven open/close device. Also, a corresponding relationship between the motors and the lever 12 becomes accurate, as compared with the case of a cable transmission type device. As a result, the control or the like of a stop position becomes easy, and a seal against a rain drop or the like can be accurately and easily provided. |
