PURPOSE:To obtain a dielectric filter whose yield is improved by preventing the filter from being exfoliated on a border of an internal earth pattern in the case of defatting or baking. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric block main body is formed by laminating plural dielectric blocks (ceramics) 10a-10d and a resonator inner conductor in a folded state is formed by forming consecutive 1st-3rd patterns 11-13 on the surface and the inside of each dielectric block. Then an earth pattern 16 is formed on an upper side of the 3rd dielectric block 10c and the earth pattern is inserted between the 1st and 3rd patterns. Many throughholes 17 are formed at a prescribed location of the earth pattern 16, that is, an area not overlapped on the 1st and 3rd patterns, to allow direct contact between the upper and lower dielectric blocks via the throughholes thereby improving an adhesive force. |
