PURPOSE:To obtain the document preparation device which converts input character data from a phonetically reading to a Japanese reading. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with an input means 11 which inputs input data such as KATAKANA (square form of Japanese syllabary) character input data and HIRAGANA(cursive form of Japanese syllbary), control means 12 and 13 which obtain reading data such as phonetically reading data and Japanese reading data by receiving the input data from the input means 11, a KANJI(Chinese character) converting process means 15 which receives the reading data from the control means 12 and 13 and reads out the phonetically reading data or Japanese reading data preferentially, and a display means 14 which displays processed data after the KANA-KANJI conversion process by the KANA-KANJI converting process means 15. |
