PURPOSE:To fix a hybrid integrated circuit board to a mother board stably and strongly, and design it without limitation by composing a stop part for fixing an end part of the board of an upper surface part to be applied to a lower surface of the end part of the board and a folded part. CONSTITUTION:A hybrid integrated circuit 3a is provided almost at a center part of an upper surface of a rectangular plate board, and plural connection pads 3b along both end parts of longer sides of the upper surface. In addition, wiring is performed on the lower surface side of board end parts of the pads 3b to be extended along the end parts. Each end part of the board 3 provided with the pad 3b is inserted into a stop part 11 of a terminal for the board 3, and it is soldered as a folded part 1c of the terminal and the pad 3b are applied. A lower end part 1b of the metal terminal is soldered to a through hole formed at a corresponding position in a mother board. The board 3 is then fixed on the mother board having a gap equivalent to height of an insulation resin body, thereby a series of work for fixing the terminal to the boad 3 and the mother board can be performed effectively. |
