REMOVAL OF COATING FILM FROM RESIN MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To remove a coating film from a film resin material to restore the original mechanical physical properties and appearance of a resin. CONSTITUTION:A coating film resin material to be treated is charged in a vibration compressing machine to finely divide a film to separate the same and, thereafter, the coating film removed resin material to be treated is extruded from an extruder to be passed through a screen mesh C1. The screen mesh C1 is constituting by combining many plain weave screen meshes 511-515 stepwise reduced in mesh size in the flow direction of the resin material to be treated and a TATAMI weave screen mesh 52 in a three - ten-layered structure. Since the residual amt. of the film can be reduced to 5wt.% or less and the max. particle size of the film can be brought to 100mum or less, the mechanical characteristics and appearance of a regenerated material can be embodied in the same level as those of a resin virgin material.
