PURPOSE:To relax the aggravation of a resin flow and to prevent insufficient filling in a resin molding operation by a method wherein a winding and a printed-wiring board are molded and solidified integrally by an electrically insulating synthetic resin and a through hole is formed in a part of the printed- wiring board. CONSTITUTION:A winding 3 which has been executed to a stator core 1 via an insulating layer 2 and a printed-wiring board 4 on which drive-circuit components have been mounted are molded and solidified integrally by an electrically insulating synthetic resin 13. Then, the printed-wiring board 4 is held in a certain position inside a metal mold in a resin molding operation, and a hole 4a into and through which a through bolt or the like is inserted and passed in the assembly of a motor after the molding operation and a groove 4b for positioning with the iron-core insulating layer 2 are formed in the printed- wiring board 4. Thereby, the aggravation of a resin flow can be relaxed, and insufficient filling can be prevented in the resin molding operation. |
