A receiver by use of which any indication of intention can be correctly transmitted. A receiving section (12) receives modulated radio waves (14) including an identification signal and audio signals and demodulates the radio waves (14) into digital signals. A transmitting section (15) transmits response signals as the modulated radio waves (14). A RAM (18) stores the audio signals demodulated. A D/A converter (24), amplifier (26), and loudspeaker (28) constituting an outputting section acoustically output audio signals stored in the RAM (18). An inputting section (30) inputs an instruction that the outputting section acoustically outputs the audio signals stored in the RAM (18). An MPU (34) has such a function that it transmits a predetermined response signal from the transmitting section (15) only when the identification signal demodulated by the receiving section (12) coincides with a preassigned identification signal, thereafter stores the audio signals demodulated in the RAM (18), and, when an acoustic output is instructed by the inputting section (30), acoustically outputs the audio signals stored in the RAM (18). |
