PURPOSE:To rapidly achieve performance, such as startup by controlling the feeding of exhaust ozone, connecting a heating heater to an exhaust ozone valve, heating the exhaust ozone to decompose it by a catalyst, and also detecting the temp. of the exhaust ozone and controlling the opening and closing of an air intake valve and the exhaust ozone valve relatively in the reverse direction so that the temp. may become the set one. CONSTITUTION:On startup of an ozone decomposing device, an exhaust ozone valve 4 is closed and an air intake valve 7 is opened and an exhaust fan 3 is started to take only fresh air in an exhaust ozone decomposition column 2. An exhaust-heating heater 1 is started to heat the fresh air taken in. The temp. at this time is detected by a temp. detector 8 and controlled at the set temp. by a temp, controller 6. That is, when the detected temp, becomes the set one, the exhaust valve 4 is opened and the air intake valve 7 is closed, and for the relationship between the detected temp. and the set one.m such as when the detected temp. is not higher than the set one, control is performed so that the air intake valve 7 may be opened and the exhaust ozone valve 4 closed. |
