PURPOSE:To reduce generation of turbulence and swirl of clean air from the shelf side and prevent dust from sticking to a cargo or the like by forming a taking in and out device of four posts erected from a lower main body. CONSTITUTION:After flowing into a passage 6, clean air 37 passing through a shelf 20 flows downward, and the part flows out under a floor 4, and a residual most part flows into a space 28 through a dead space 25 by suction force of an air blower 33, and is circularly used. A part of the clean air 37 flowing into the passage 6 through the shelf 20 collides with the taking in and out device 40 side. At this time, in the taking in and out device 40, even if respective posts 51A to 51D are thinly formed in the shape of arranging four posts 51A to 51D, sufficient strength can be obtained, and are distributively arranged in front and in rear. Thereby, turbulence of the clean air 37 colliding with these posts 51A to 51D is reduced, and the occurrence of a swirl is also reduced, so that a cargo can be moved and carried on a downward flow without scattering dust.
