<p>PURPOSE:To select plural elements individually by providing a selection circuit, which makes a function circuit into an effective state, besides the function circuit having functions such as memory in a semiconductor integrated circuit and changing the external specified data. CONSTITUTION:Function circut 25 having functions such as memory and board, terminals G1 to GK where the external specified data is applied,and terminals S1 to SK where the external input data is applied are provided on semiconductor substrate 24, and further, selection circuit 26 which detects the coincidence between specified data and input data is provided. When the result of comparison between specfied data and input data in selection circuit 26 is coincident, the output of selection circuit 26 is given to function circuit 25 to make function circuit 25 into an effective state.</p> |
