MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ULTRASONIC MAGNETIC DISTORTION TRASDUCER

The method comprises the steps of coating a waveguide-focusing unit to be connected and edges of self distortion packages with lead; clamping the edges coated with the lead; and heating and cooling the edges till a melting point of the lead. The method further comprises the steps of coating an upper edge of the package with copper through an electric welding manner through which a negative terminal is applied to the focusing unit and a positive terminal is applied to a copper electrode in order to fill all surfaces of the upper edge thereof with iron-copper, before coating the waveguide-focusing unit with the lead; and cutting one part of the copper layers across a side of a focusing unit.
