Heating appliance with a burner, which appliance is arranged in a chamber 1 formed by a double casing 2, through which a medium to be heated is capable of flowing, and in which appliance a heat exchanger 3 connected to the interior of the double casing 2 is arranged, the heating appliance being connected via a forward-flow and a return-flow line 6 and 4 to a heater arrangement, which forward-flow and return-flow lines 6 and 4 are connected to one another via a bypass line 9 which is connected in parallel to the series-connected heat exchanger 3 and double casing 2 and in which a three- way mixing valve 7 is arranged, said valve being controlled thermostatically as a function of the temperature of the medium flowing out of the series connection consisting of the heat exchanger 3 and of the double casing 2, in such a way that the flow through the bypass line 9 decreases from a maximum with a rising temperature. <IMAGE> |
