The planetary gear reducer with eccentrics contains satellite gears (2) which engage with an internally toothed crown wheel (1) of which the number of teeth is slightly more than the number of teeth on the satellite gears. The satellite gears (2) oscillate inside the crown wheel (1) by the aid of diametrically opposed eccentrics to which are fixed two cross arms (11,12) to which they are rigidly fixed. These cross arms pass either side of the crown wheel, which is fix by bearings (6,7) in the housing (8,9) so that its axis is parallel to the axes of sleeves (13,14) mounted beyond the crown wheel. These sleeves (13,14) are mounted on eccentric shafts (19,20) by their bearings (15,16,17,18) and the eccentric shafts are mounted to the housing (8,9) by their bearings (21,22,23,24). The eccentrics are driven by toothed wheels (25,26) being part of a kinematic chain connecting them to the drive shaft (31).
