Motor vehicle headlamp, comprising a light source (1) and a reflector (2), this reflector (2) having a first and a second reflection surface (5), the first reflection surface (5) having an open concave shape and reflecting the light which it receives from the source (1) so as to form a first beam, the light source (1) being arranged in the end of this first reflection surface (5), the second reflection surface (6) extending the said first reflection surface (5) and reflecting the light which it receives from the source (1) so as to form a second beam, a shutter (9) being arranged in front of this second reflection surface (6), this shutter (9) being capable of assuming at least two states, one in which it stops the light reflected by the second reflection surface (6), and the other in which it allows this light to pass, characterised in that the second reflection surface (6) extends from the first reflection surface (5) while surrounding the entire periphery of the opening (5a) thereof, the shutter (9) surrounding a region (7) onto which the light originating from the first reflecting surface (5) is reflected. <IMAGE> |
