The apparatus comprises a transmitting part for reiterating and transmitting an original number assigned to each program data as the other program data of a predetermined bit during an n-th horizontal scan; and a receiving part for receiving a composite signal transmitted from the transmitting part, and extracting the program data of the predetermined bit.
