The vibration preventing apparatus of a camcoder includes a motionless video section determining portion for determining the section of a motionless video using input video data, a frame memory for storing one frame data among the video data, a section memory for storing the video data of the section determined by the motionless video determining portion, a motion vector detector for detecting a motion vector from the input data and motionless video data of the section memory, an integrator for integrating the motion vector values of the motion vector detector, and controller for supplying the data of the motionless video section from the motionless video section determining portion to the section memory, and outputting the data of the frame memory as data corrected by the motion vector value from the integrator.
