The invention is related to the installation of a hydroelectric power station, it decreases expenditures, improves environmental characteristics and increases the operating area of hydro turbines. The aim is achieved by making the hydroelectric power station block triangle-shaped and mounting polygonal hydro turbine operating wheels with tray-shaped scooping spokes 6 and peripheral vices mounted above them, in its sidelong gauges 3; the bearings 4 are installed very tightly and the dam I is empty, production service shops 8 are established there as well the barrages 9 regulated in the lower part.
