The telephone is composed of two modules. The first module (3) contains the microphone (MK), earpiece (EC) and keyboard (PIL) with a microprocessor (MC2). The second module contains the drive (TC) for the earphone and microphone, telephone line input and a second microprocessor (MC1). The second microprocessor senses disconnection of the second module via a connection piece (26), switching the input telephone line off (8). The two modules are connected together by a flexible card (4) with wire connections (A-D). The flexible card and handset section can be removed and replaced. |
