Outputs of the second and the third IR elements respectively are connected to the counting and recording input of the second memory block and at the same time to the input of the third ARBA element, the output of which through the fourth delay element connected to the trigger zero input of which the inverse is output connected to the third input of the first IR element, to the control input of an address selector, to the first inputs of the second block of IR elements and the second input of the second IR element, the output of which is connected to a reverse counter's summing input, output of which is connected to the second inputs of the second block of the IR elements, output of which is connected to the second informational input of the summing unit and informational input of the third memory block.
