Moulding used as green body from compressed waste from furnaces

Moulding has a bevelled shape without essential roundness and consists of particles, falling through the grate of furnace, with uncalcined amts. having range of up to 50 mm. falling through the gaps in the grate. The moulding also consists of residues on the filters or matrix coating of filters in waste gas stream of the furnace e.g. absorbent materials on the filter layers and deposited fly dusts or boiler ash, having 30% moisture content from the 3R process and clay as binder. Prodn. of the moulding is also claimed.
