Photo-biological skin sensor and light therapy device

The photo-biological skin sensing and treatment device determines relevant skin areas and simultaneously applies optical stimulation to the area. A sensor is used to measure skin resistance between the skin area and a fixed electrode, and an LED on a mobile probe is used to apply modulated monochromatic light, where the LED is a multi-colour device. The LED may have a combination of red, green and blue output characteristics, where the output intensity of each colour is individually adjustable, and may also be modulated in intensity over a frequency range of 150 to 20 kHz.
