a TV signal/caption signal mix-process switching part which outputs the caption signal selectively through an image output stage or mixes the caption signal with TV image signal by inputing complex image signal from the image signal detecting part detecting TV complex image signal inputted and from the caption signal process part; a caption signal processing part which outputs caption color signal and controlling signal by processing the caption signal after inputing the image signal detector and output signal; and an image signal detector which detects the complex image signal of inputted TV.
