At least one transmitter amplifier (2) is arranged on the subscriber radio set, between the radio set (T) and the antenna (A). At least one receiver amplifier (3) is arranged directly on the antenna (A). The degree of amplification of the amplifiers (2,3) is matched to the damping of the respective following antenna cables (KE or KS). Transmission and reception may take place via separate antenna cables (KE,KS). Duplexers (1,4) may be provided at each end to switch to the respective antenna cable (KE,KS). These are controlled by the subscriber transmission signal and/or by a conventional selection circuit.
