The feed device has a first tubular body (1) in which a spiral shaft (5) is fitted. The shaft has a spiral groove (6) around it, and an integral guide part (5A) at its rear end. The guide part is fitted in the body so that it cannot turn, but can be moved axially relative to the first tubular body. There are several V-grooves (10) inside the body or in the end plate of the guide part. Two wedges (9) are formed on the body, corresponding to two of the V-grooves. The rear-facing ends of the flanks (15) between the grooves are triangular. There is a connecting part (7) on the front part of the spiral shaft, linked to a holder (4).
