Electrophotographic photoreceptor with stable electrical properties

Electro-photographic photoreceptor has a light-sensitive layer on a conductive substrate, consisting of an intermediate coat on the substrate, then a charge generating coat and finally a charge transport coat. The novelty is that the intermediate coat contains 0.1-20 wt.% of a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant, which is a 2,4-bis(alkylthio)-6-(4-hydroxy-2,6-di-tert.butyl-anilino1,3,5-triazine of formula (I), where R1,R2 = 1-12C alkyl. Also claimed is a method of producing the photoreceptor.
