The invention relates to a locking device for ski bindings, in which a layer of damping material (8) is applied to the upper side of the ski (1) and bears a locking plate (9) for receiving fixing screws (12) for a ski binding part (10). In order to design the elastic mounting of this locking device to be independent of the dimensions of the damping layer (8), the invention provides that the locking plate (9) be secured on the ski (1) by locking screws (13) which are independent of the fixing screws (12) for the ski binding part (10), project into the core (1a) of the ski (1), and are anchored in a solid layer (5), which latter is mounted in a cavity (2) in the ski core (1a) by means of at least one elastic layer (4 and/or 6).
