The wash brush and jet wash pipe are developed as separate systems through two swivelling extension arms (5) with carousels (6), lying one above the other, and mounted on a holder (11). The extension arms and carousels are each provided with a separate automatic return facility. The swivelling extension arm holders (11) are distributed in double or multiple arrangements along the length of the wash platform. After selection of the wash programme, either the extension arm of the wash brush (5b) or the jet wash (5a) is released.
