The position drive has an arrestor device in which the position member (8) is adjustable against a spring (7). The locking member (14) of the arrestor (12) is subjected to the spring when in the rest position and to a pressure (pu) when in the operating position. The locking member is movable against the force of the spring by a drive (16). The ends of the see-saw arm (14) alternatively engage sets of teeth (10, 11) on the lever (9). USE/ADVANTAGE - Suitable for the movement of flaps in a vehicle air conditioning system; allows automatic adjustment in at least two positions.
