The pivoting fixture of a door or window edge panel to a frame has at least a second dowel (44) of the frame section (10) and a second dowel (36) of the door or window edging (16) which is threaded. Both dowels are able to rotate relative to the frame or edging, and also slide axially to allow mounting of the fixture. In the assembled state, these second dowels provide support at the frame in at least one of their axial directions.
