The door hinge pivots about two axes and has an integral door fixture, comprising a hinge with flanks connected via hinge dowels and pivoting with a bridging element to produce a total opening angle of at least 180 degrees. The design has at least one pivoting lever, which is held via spring load with the locking recesses of control plates. It is fitted with a handgrip for manual removal of the control plate(s) from the locking recesses.
