The electrodeposition coating composition contains a base resin and a curing agent. The curing agent contains a blocked isocyanate compound A and a blocked isocyanate compound B. The difference in the glass transition temperatures of said blocked isocyanate compound A and said blocked isocyanate compound B is at least 25 DEG C, and the glass transition temperature of said blocked isocyanate compound A is higher than the glass transition temperature of said blocked isocyanate compound B.
