The nonwoven fabric web is mfd. by (a) melt spinning a general yarn and a melt-fused composite yarn in the melt spinnerets, respectively, (b) winding the mixed undrawn yarn round the same drum or can, (c) focusing the filament, (d) making a staple fiber through a tow drawing process and a rolling process, and (e) mixing it in the carding process. The sheath component of the composite yarn is a copolymer of polyethylene isophthalate/polyethylene terephthalate, a polyamide 6 or a polyethylene, and the core component of the composite yarn is a polyethylene terephthalate, a polyamide 66 or a polypropylene. The web has a good tensile strength and softness. |
