PURPOSE:To eliminate a trouble of inputting data by storing a block of a prescribed data which is totalized and stored as a menu data to reutilize as a data in the process of totalling and storing the menu data. CONSTITUTION:The basic system consists of a memory 1, a display device 2 as an output device, an input device 3, and an arithmetic circuit 4 of such as a CPU. Said system starts an arithmetic operation systematically by executing a program. After initialization, the system turns to be in an input-receiving state, and the instructed quantity input mode to write a instructed state, and the instructed quantity input mode to write a instructed quantity in the memory 1 is set. Further, the circuit 4 reads out the total unit already stored in the memory 1, and the display device 2 display the total unit read out. The circuit 4, also, compares the total unit in the data stored in the memory 1 beforehand for the purpose of instruct quantity automatic distribution, with that read out or modified by manual input, discriminates the total unit of the instructed quantity automatic distribution corresponding to the former total unit above mentioned. The circuit 4 further selects automatically the data of food-exchange table corresponding to the discriminated total unit, and stores it in the specific area of the memory 1. |
