PURPOSE:To provide a laminating method for a ceramic green sheet for suitably laminating a sheet by preventing deformation of the sheet and a conductor pattern and a laminating apparatus adapted therefor. CONSTITUTION:A cutting blade 34 of a cutting machine 31 is intruded to a printed surface of a green sheet Si with a film F in which a conductor pattern is printed, corresponding to thickness of the sheet Si to cut a printed part, the machine 31 is, after cutting, separated, a cut sheet Sk is introduced inside the blade 34, the blade 34 protrudes corresponding to the thickness of the sheet Si at each cutting, the cutting operation is repeated, the sheet Si is cut out directly from the sheet Si, and laminated to the machine 31 side. A laminating apparatus in which cutting bearer 11 having a heater, the cutting machine having a suction plate containing a heat and the blade, and a sheet feeding mechanism 51 are sequentially operated, and the above laminating method for sucking by the suction plate, thermally pressing the sheet, etc., is suitably executed, is composed. |
