PURPOSE:To accurately package pressed SUSHI (vinegared rice with fish and vegetables) with a persimmon leaf without committing a mistake in packaging. CONSTITUTION:A persimmon leaf is reshaped to an oval shape having the major axis of 1.2 to 1.3 times the whole perimetrical length on the side of a short side (2a) of pressed SUSHI and the minor axis of 0.9 to 1.1 times the whole perimetrical length thereof. This apparatus is equipped with an oval female metallic mold 5 provided with a recessed part (5a) of above-mentioned sizes and an air hole (5b) a float 6, rising and falling in the recessed part and equipped with air holes (6a) and recessed grooves (6b) on the surface and a male metallic mold 9 for cutting the contour of the persimmon leaf placed on the female metallic mold and float. Furthermore, protruding ridges (9a) are formed on the surface of the male metallic mold. Thereby, the pressed SUSHI can accurately and beautifully be packaged with the persimmon leaf without making a mistake in packaging. The dimensions of the persimmon leaf for the packaging can rapidly and accurately be adjusted and the persimmon leaf for the packaging can simultaneously be inspected. |
