To provide an agent for preventing, curing or ameliorating organopathy attributed to reperfusion, ischemia or blood flow disorder in the organs such as liver, kidneys, heart, lungs, pancreas, blood vessels and small intestine, especially, those caused by transplantation and preservation of the organ and by blood reperfusion after transplantation and those occurring after surgical operation.
