The apparatus comprises a ripple heating unit having a pair of wave rollers formed as a round-shaped saw tooth whose pitch is 1-30mm and whose top height is 1-30mm, for regulating temperature of the saw tooth contacting with false hair thread at 80-200 deg.C; a cooling unit combined as 1-10 set with a cooling belt, a fan, a ventilating pipe, and a blowing pipe, the cooling unit being driven by a motor; a tension roller having a pair of rubber rollers; a pad driving motor for driving a heckle bar where a narrow pin is projected; a heckle machine combined as 2-10 set with a driving unit consisting of a crankpin and a crank shaft; and a pulling roller having four big rollers and a one small roller.
