PURPOSE:To prevent a picture flicker by reading forcasting error data from a compressed picture data recording medium, which is compressed and recorded, dividing the data into respective forcasting circuits exclusively used for left eye and right eye, decoding them, mutually switching picture signals from the respective forcasting circuits with a shorter cycle than a dividing cycle and outputting them. CONSTITUTION:To a CD-ROM 22 to go to be a compressed picture data recording medium, forcasting error data Ln and Rn for right and left, obtained by individually forcasting encoding between frames picture data V1 and Vr exclusively used fo left eye and right eye, are mutually recorded. To forcasting circuits 23 and 24 in a decoder 25, picture signals exclusively used for the left eye and right eye are accumulated with a frame cycle. The accumulated picture signals are sent through a changing-over switch 31, which is more highly speedy than changingover switches 26 and 27, to a receiving device 32. Accordingly, the display picture of the receiving device 32 are switched at the high velocity of a fraction of the frame cycle or a tenth of a fraction of the frame cycle. The sutters of the right and left of a solid scope 33 are synchronized with this and switched, the flicker of a screen are extremely reduced. |
