PURPOSE:To prevent the film forming phenomenon on a photosensitive body and to obtain stable and good images by immobilizing resin particles for forming a shell on the surface of a specific particle by the thermal impact in an impact part having the specified shortest spacing. CONSTITUTION:The particle B (colored particle, static control particle or polished particle) having the particle size ratio of <=0.2 the particle size ratio of the particle A1 having a binder resin is passed through the impact part 19 having the shortest spacing of 0.5 to 5mm formed of a rotating piece 15 and a stationary piece 18 under the conditions of 10 to 90 deg.C atmosphere temp. and the particle B is immobilized to the surface of the particle A1 by the thermal impact to form the particle A2. The resin particle for forming the shell having <=0.2 grain size ratio is then passed through the impact part 19 under the conditions of 10 to 90 deg.C atmosphere temp. to immobilize the resin particle for forming the shell on the surface of the particle A2 by the thermal impact. The fusion of the toner onto a photosensitive drum is obviated in this way even in the continuous copying and the image density is stabilized. The good images having no fogging are thus obtd. |
