PURPOSE:To form a container body in such a manner that the container body is closed with caps by a fingertip operation and that the closing state thereof is distinctly recognizable by guiding engaging projections guided with detaining parts by insertion of the caps into the apertures of the container body and relative turning thereof, thereby engaging these projections with stationary guide surfaces. CONSTITUTION:This contact lens housing container 10 is made of a colorless and transparent synthetic resin material. The container has the container body 12 which is internally segmented to two chambers, upper and lower, and the two caps 14 which are mounted at both ends. The respective caps 14 have cap bodies 30, pawl members 32, lens holders 34 and gaskets 36. The respective apertures 16 of the container body 12 are inserted into the caps 14, by which the engaging projections 28 are guided by the introducing guide surfaces 68 of the detaining parts 66 and are pressed to the contact projections 26 according to the relative turning of the container body 12 with the respective caps 14. A sound producing pin 54 is deflected and deformed in a turning direction and a pin 56 for a moderation feel in a direction intersecting with the turning direction, respectively, by which the striking sound and the moderation feel are generated. |
